Returns & Exchanges

At Moto Camp Nerd, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your own preferred shipping method.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
